The Role

  • Based in our Singapore office, you will work closely with our Asia MD, the wider team, and our growing list of clients.

  • Identify and develop strong industry relationships within clients and partners to strengthen our position, and lead new business discussions to continually grow the pipeline.

  • Manage key client relationships to maintain our very high repeat business rates and establish long-term commercial agreements and recurring revenue with our larger clients.

  • You will work with clients on their creative briefs, including advising on budgets, timeframes and approach, to ensure they are optimised for success, as well as shortlisting filmmaker responses to advise clients on commissioning the best filmmaker.

  • Ultimately, you will become a trusted creative advisor to our clients and build ongoing relationships as an extension of their marketing teams, to ensure positive experiences and successful outcomes.

  • Work with our two biggest partners, Facebook and Google, supporting their internal teams and their advertising clients, to help deliver more effective video content for their platforms.

  • Help to grow and manage our creative community of production companies, directors, editors and animators across Asia, and help to improve our offering to the creative community and their engagement with Genero.

  • Provide input into our technology platform and overall solution to improve the process and tools.

Successful Candidate

  • You will have 7+ years experience in a business development or client management role.

  • A thorough knowledge of video production, and ability to advise clients and assess the credentials of filmmakers pitching on their briefs.

  • Ability to work collaboratively and become a valued client partner.

  • Very well organised and have proven ability to manage multiple projects concurrently, with attention to detail and excellent written and verbal communication skills.

  • A deep understanding of digital and social media marketing and creative best practices for different channels and platforms.

  • Passionate and excited about playing a key role in a growing business, and thrive in a small, growing team and a dynamic, fast paced environment.

The Role

  • You will need to have 10+ years experience in new business, account management, creative or production roles, including experience within a creative agency environment.

  • A deep understanding of digital and social media marketing and an appreciation for improvements that can come from new approaches and technology.

The role

  • Implementing and optimising Hubspot Marketing CRM across our business globally. Hubspot Sales experience also highly regarded.

  • Leading and optimising our automated customer journey and lead nurturing process within the Hubspot platform.

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into clients and continually refining our process to convert leads.

  • Develop and deliver paid digital marketing campaigns including SEM, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

  • Work with our product team to continuously review and optimise the Genero website, in relation to content and user journeys based on analytics and best practice.

  • Drive continuous improvement of SEO through planned activities across the spectrum of content development, back-links and keyword optimisation.

  • Manage and grow Genero’s social media channels.

  • Establish KPIs and measurement mechanisms to continually refine and optimise all activity.

The successful candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience as a digital marketing specialist within high growth environments, preferably across multiple regions.

  • Solid experience using CRM to deliver marketing automation and inbound marketing campaigns. Hubspot specific experience highly regarded.

  • Successful track record in developing and executing content marketing strategies.

  • Copywriting skills and experience producing content for the marketing and advertising industry will be highly regarded.

  • Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement paid digital campaigns.

The Role

  • We are looking for an Arabic and English speaking Client manager to be based in our London office

  • You will be part of our growing EMEA team and will work directly with our growing Middle Eastern client base (including Facebook, Google) on their creative briefs, including advising on budgets, timeframes, approach and language, to ensure they are optimised for success.

  • Handling filmmaker questions on briefs and on the Genero platform and process.

  • Assist clients with shortlisting filmmaker treatment responses and advise them in selection process, to help commission the best filmmaker for their brief.

  • Work with some of our key clients and their commissioned creators to provide input on creative ideas in line with best practice and assist throughout the production process to help deliver outstanding creative.

  • Advising clients on Genero’s platform and production process to ensure positive experiences and successful outcomes.

  • Help to grow and manage our creative community of production companies, directors, editors and animators across the Middle East, and help to improve our offering to the creative community and their engagement with Genero.

  • Provide input into our technology platform and overall solution to improve the process and tools for clients and creatives.

Successful Candidate

  • Fluent in Arabic and English

  • You will need to have 5+ years experience in agencies or production companies, most likely as a Producer or Account Manager working extensively in video production.

  • A thorough knowledge of the end to end creative and video production process, and ability to advise clients and assess the credentials of filmmakers pitching on their briefs.

  • Very strong project management capabilities with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

  • Excellent written and verbal; communication and ability to build strong direct relationships with creatives and clients.

  • A solid understanding of digital and social media marketing.
