Manchester is dear to me. Growing up in the outskirts, the centre has always been fascinating and incredible. This film is a short portrait of the city I love and the place I call home. Commonly know as the Capital of the North, Manchester is a hub of art, design, sport and music. With an eminent heritage, Manchester was start of the industrial revolution. Having suffered from a devastating IRA attack in 1996, Manchester has overcome great adversity and grown into a thriving, proud and cosmopolitan city that we are proud to call home.

This film is a journey through Manchester's past, present and future.
