This video is for Grouplove's song "Standing In The Sun." Grouplove has been one of my favorite bands for years, and after listening to their new album I was especially inspired by this song. I know that their album is very much inspired by their daughter, Willa, so I wanted my video to incorporate a young girl to show how innocent one can be while "standing in the sun." My video is full of blissful moments and carefree messes, which is what I think of when I listen to "Big Mess."
