Client Manager (Creative Production)

We’re on the hunt for a creative, proactive and highly organized Client Manager to work with our amazing team in New York. This varied role involves managing creative production projects and client relationships, including project tracking, advising clients on creative briefs, guiding creators through the Genero platform, working with media platforms (Meta, Amazon, Google, TikTok) on partnership programs and contributing to new business development.

The Role & Responsibilities

Creative Production Management:

  • Lead day-to-day of assigned accounts:
  • Maintain up-to-date status reports
  • Determine and execute actionable next steps
  • Develop and adhere to timelines
  • Finance management:
  • Tracking, workflow, and forecasting
  • Estimating project scopes/budgets and calculating margins
  • Management of projects on Genero platform:
  • Keep briefs clean and closed when complete
  • Ensure final deliverables are on the platform
  • Provide feedback and assistance throughout the production process to help deliver outstanding creative:
  • Evaluate/review creative before sending to client
  • Capture detailed meeting notes/send recaps including action items and next steps.
  • Provide input into our technology platform and overall solution to improve the process and tools for clients and creatives.

Client Relationships:

  • Advise clients on their creative briefs, including budgets, timeframes, approach and language, to ensure they are optimized for success.
  • Assist clients with assessing creative responses to their briefs and selecting the best creative/production partner for their brief.
  • Guide clients through Genero’s platform and production process to ensure positive experiences and successful outcomes.
  • Develop and present succinct wrap reports after final project delivery.

Creator Relationships:

  • Assumed point person for creator communications on relevant briefs.
  • Provide creators thoughtful feedback on their treatments/submissions.

Platform Leadership:

  • Lead partnership programs with high profile media platforms as the primary contact for both client and creators.
  • Determine ways to optimize and streamline processes.

New Business:

  • Support in the development of presentation decks, RFPs and proposal responses
  • Support marketing efforts through identifying content and case study opportunities
  • Develop a deep understanding of Genero business model in order to confidently present, speak to and sell it in to current and prospective clients

Successful Candidate

  • 5+ years of experience in a client facing role overseeing account management or production within a creative services organization.
  • Experience working in Social creative content production for Social Media platforms is ideal.
  • Detail oriented and highly organized.
  • Able to manage a high volume of projects with varied timelines, requirements and stakeholders.
  • Strong analytical and problem resolution skills, as well as the ability to anticipate and direct the next steps.
  • Excellent communication (written and verbal), interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Comfortable working on both process driven and ambiguous projects.
  • Proficient in Google Suite (Gmail, Google Drive, Sheets, Docs, etc).
  • A self-starter and resourceful.
  • A team player who can positively contribute to the culture of a small, but growing, team.
  • Experience working in HubSpot a plus, but not required.

A key role within the business, to lead creative projects, manage client relationships, collaborate with media platforms, and contribute to new business development.
