We’re on the hunt for a creative and strategic content marketing manager to lead our content strategy and produce multi-format content that engages a global senior marketing audience across large Enterprise brands.

We have 8 offices across EMEA, the Americas, and APAC, and our client base includes global brands like Hilton, the BBC, Kellogg’s, Procter & Gamble and L’Oréal. We also have deep partnerships with the big platforms – Google, Meta, TikTok, Pinterest and Amazon.

Our brand has a strong creative heritage, first launching in the music industry, working with all of the major record labels and producing official music videos for some of the biggest names in music including The Doors, James Brown, George Harrison, Robert Plant, Damon Albarn, Duran Duran and Muse

The Role

As Content Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of our global content marketing strategy, to grow awareness, drive demand and build an owned, engaged audience of senior marketers across Enterprise marketing teams.

You’ll plan and create content and campaigns, while managing the key communication client channels across email and social media. You’ll also have the opportunity to plan and launch content programs that collaborate with our global creative community, building a content program that’s creative, engaging and entertaining.

The role is based in Sydney or Melbourne and reports to our Global Head of Marketing. Our team is currently working from home, getting together to work in person as needed, and we will likely transition to a hybrid model later this year.

Responsibilities

  • Working closely with our leadership, marketing and sales teams, you’ll develop and own a comprehensive content marketing strategy to raise awareness, drive demand and nurture prospective clients to grow our client base and build our brand globally
  • Create and oversee our content production program and distribution strategy across our website, blog, email, social media and events
  • Develop content series’ and campaigns that leverage our global creative community and produce content that entertains and engages our target audience and enhances our creative credentials
  • Identify gaps across our sales process and customer journey, producing content that helps generate quality leads and maximises client conversion
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent and timely content delivery and distribution across various platforms and channels
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to publication, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand our voice
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Optimise content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website
  • Collaborate closely with our senior leadership and regional sales teams to gather insights and develop thought leadership content

What you bring to the table

  • 7+ years experience in content marketing, with demonstrated experience building a content program that has grown and engaged a senior marketing audience
  • A thorough understanding of the marketing and advertising industry
  • An impressive portfolio showcasing the production of a wide range of content across different formats, including email, social media and video
  • Creative flair with the ability to think outside the box and create content that truly engages and entertains to build attention and awareness organically
  • Very strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to produce written thought leadership content
  • The ability to analyse and understand performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies to constantly improve performance
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate with internal senior leadership and external marketing clients
  • A good understanding of how to leverage AI tools and technology to assist with the content creation process
  • Experience as part of a high growth B2B tech business and experience using Hubspot CRM will be highly regarded
