The Role.

As the Digital Content Marketing Manager, you’ll lead the development and execution of our content marketing strategy and collaborate with our sales, product and marketing team to ideate and create captivating content, campaigns and strategies that engage our target audience, build brand awareness and drive demand. 

This role reports directly to our Global Head of Marketing, and is ideally based in Melbourne or Sydney. We are currently 100% WFH but we will likely transition to a hybrid model this year with some days in the office, and we currently get together for meetings whenever needed.

The Responsibilities.

  • Develop and own a comprehensive content marketing and distribution strategy that aligns with overall business growth objectives and target audience needs
  • Create and oversee the production of compelling, high-quality, targeted content across all of our channels including our website, blog, email, case studies, social media, video and webinars –  weaving in storytelling and proof points to engage & captivate our target audience at each stage of the customer journey
  • Identify gaps across our customer journey and opportunities to drive growth with our existing Enterprise clients, delivering the necessary assets and targeted programs to drive growth
  • Develop a content calendar and ensure consistent and timely content delivery across various platforms
  • Manage the end-to-end content production process, from ideation to publication, ensuring consistency and alignment with brand voice and messaging 
  • In collaboration with our Digital Marketing Executive, produce email campaigns to nurture and convert leads using Hubspot CRM  
  • Collaborate with our digital marketing agency on paid media content and strategy 
  • Monitor and analyse content performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Optimise content for SEO to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our website
  • Collaborate closely with our senior leadership team and regional sales team to gather insights, create relevant and timely content and assist in the production of content to support the sales teams in winning and growing clients

What you bring to the table.

  • 8+ years of experience in strategic content marketing, with significant experience in B2B roles targeting large Enterprise clients a must
  • Experience in the tech, advertising or marketing space will be highly regarded
  • Experience in ABM, demand generation, email marketing, lead nurturing and SEO also highly regarded
  • An impressive portfolio demonstrating the production of a wide range of content for various stages of a long buying cycle
  • A data-driven mindset and analytical skills with the ability to analyse performance metrics and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Experience turning complex concepts into clear, concise, and engaging content 
  • Superior organisational skills, ability to manage projects across multiple teams and workstreams at any given time
  • Hands-on experience using AI tools to assist with content creation (blogs, case studies etc)
  • Experience creating content briefs for professional content creation 
  • Excellent project and time management skills
  • Experience using Hubspot CRM is highly regarded 
  • Team management experience also highly regarded
