New York, 13 August 2025: Genero, the leading on-demand creative platform, is pleased to announce the appointment of Tuck Shepard as Managing Director for the Americas, based in New York City.
Tuck most recently served as Managing Director at Crispin in New York, where he led the client partnership and strategy team across the agency’s entire portfolio. He spearheaded growth initiatives for global brands, driving success across multiple channels, platforms, and categories.
Throughout his career, Tuck has collaborated with leading Fortune 500 brands, including Procter & Gamble, Amazon and Nestlé, while holding senior roles at top creative agencies and networks such as Grey and WPP.
Bringing a proven track record in scaling brand strategies and driving creative transformation, Tuck will spearhead Genero’s growth and impact across North America. His appointment marks a key milestone in the company’s global expansion and reinforces its commitment to delivering innovative, efficient creative, social and production solutions – powered by a world-class network of independent creatives.
Genero’s focus on supporting enterprise brands globally is strengthened by the addition of two senior hires in APAC. Janna Jauhar and Krystal Lim have joined as Senior Client Directors, based in Singapore.
Together, they bring extensive expertise in guiding enterprise brands to create impactful, results-driven creative. Janna, with 17 years of experience across media and marketing, most recently served as Global Business Lead at Ogilvy Singapore. Krystal, who joins from R3 (Mediasense) and previously ByteDance, brings deep expertise in media, tech, and content strategy, having led regional brand partnerships and product marketing initiatives.
