Koala needed a fun and captivating digital ad to launch their new pillow range. They launched a brief on Genero for a creative idea that would fit their brand tone, resonate with their audience and deliver their key messages in an entertaining way.
Genero creator Rich Hughes (The Woolshed Company) submitted an idea for a visually stimulating and heart warming video. It centred around two real life koalas crawling across a pyramid of the newly launched pillows. Using slow motion and an orchestral backing track would add a humorous touch and cinematic feel.
