pricing

Pricing built around your budget, not ours.

You have full control of your budgets and spend on Genero. There are no rate cards and you don’t pay retainers, hourly rates or ongoing platform licence fees.

The Genero team help you set the right project budgets to get what you need, and we can build budgets and pricing for ongoing content programs with your team.

Two ways to work with Genero

Project-by-project

Launch briefs on demand. There is no setup cost, no minimum term and no subscription. You set the budget for each brief and creatives will pitch to that.

Genero's service fee comes out of that budget and varies with the brief and the level of support you need.
Best for teams with variable project-by-project demand.
  • No setup cost or onboarding fee
  • Launch a brief the day you sign up
  • Full access to the global creative network
  • End-to-end platform tools and workflow
  • Choose your support level, brief by brief
  • You set the budget, so total project
cost is fixed

Enterprise partnership

Integrate Genero as an extension of your team and capabilities. Scope, service levels and fees are agreed up front, so budgeting is predictable across the year.

Committed spend unlocks better rates, and scope flexes as your team and needs change.
Best for teams running continuous programs across markets or channels.
  • Agreed fees and service levels
  • Volume discounts against committed spend
  • Curated talent pools built around your brands and markets
  • Custom workflow, brief templates and brand guidelines built in
  • Integrations to your existing stack
  • Dedicated support team

Setting your project budgets.

Every Genero project has two parts. The creative cost, which is what the creative partner is paid to make the work, and the Genero fee, which covers the platform, contracting, payments, network curation and service.
All costs and fees come out of the budget you set so you always know what your total spend will be. Genero invoices you for each project, and once paid, you release progress payments to creatives against milestones.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Genero cost?

You set a budget for each brief, and Genero's service fee comes out of that budget, varying with the scope and the level of support you need. Enterprise partnerships have agreed fees and volume discounts.

Is there a minimum spend?

No. You set the budget for each brief. Genero reviews every brief before launch and will advise you if the budget won't cover what you're asking for.

Can we design fixed content packages?

Yes. Genero can build content programs with set packages and pricing so your team can launch regular briefs with agreed deliverables and budgets.

Do we have to sign a contract?

Project-based work utilises Genero's comprehensive platform terms, covering the relationship between Creators, the Client and Genero. Enterprise partnerships are contracted, with agreed scope, fees and service levels.

Who pays the creatives?

Genero does. Brands contract with and pay Genero, and Genero pays every creative partner through the platform in any market. Clients release milestone payments as work is approved, and receive one consolidated invoice.

Are there volume discounts?

Yes. Committed spend unlocks lower Genero fees. Creative partners often price better for ongoing work too.
