The role:

We’re looking for a driven, forward-thinking and strategic digital marketer who thrives in a fast paced environment. You will manage, develop and implement all digital based marketing initiatives to drive leads and grow our business globally.

The role will involve:

  • Working with the Marketing Director and broader team to develop a strong and consistent integrated content marketing strategy that will engage our audience of client marketers and drive leads, as well as helping to grow and engage our creative community.

  • Managing content marketing initiatives across web, eDM, social, PR and paid advertising to drive traffic, engagement and sales qualified leads.

  • Implementing and optimising Hubspot Marketing CRM across our business globally. Hubspot Sales experience also highly regarded.

  • Leading and optimising our automated customer journey and lead nurturing process within the Hubspot platform.

  • Establish closed-loop analytics with sales to understand how our inbound marketing activity turns into clients and continually refining our process to convert leads.

  • Develop and deliver paid digital marketing campaigns including SEM, LinkedIn, Facebook and Instagram campaigns.

  • Work with our product team to continuously review and optimise the Genero website, in relation to content and user journeys based on analytics and best practice.

  • Drive continuous improvement of SEO through planned activities across the spectrum of content development, back-links and keyword optimisation.

  • Manage and grow Genero’s social media channels.

  • Establish KPIs and measurement mechanisms to continually refine and optimise all activity.

The successful candidate:

  • 7+ years of experience as a digital marketing specialist within high growth environments, preferably across multiple regions.

  • Solid experience using CRM to deliver marketing automation and inbound marketing campaigns. Hubspot specific experience highly regarded.

  • Successful track record in developing and executing content marketing strategies.

  • Copywriting skills and experience producing content for the marketing and advertising industry will be highly regarded.

  • Hands on experience with web analytics and A/B testing tools.

  • Proven ability to develop and implement paid digital campaigns.
